px license server reinstallation in k8s v1.20.15

How to reinstall PX-License-server running as k8s pod on nodes where PX-License-server was not properly uninstalled because reasons like kubernetes hit a problem and kubernetes was reinstalled

If there is a need to reinstall PX-License-server as fresh followed by kubernetes reinstallation on same nodes, it is needed to cleanup the previous px-license-server signatures/metadata before reinstalling fresh new px-license-server on same nodes

Directories needed to be cleaned in underlying nodes before reinstalling:

1. /opt/pwx-ls 
2. /var/lib/pwx-ls/ 
3. ~/.pwx 

After reinstallation of px-license-server on same nodes,  license server MAC address mostly will not change. If so, we can reapply the same license
