New Features
- [Everpure] Added new QoS spec parameters to support QoS per GB. New spec options are
maxIOPS_per_GBandmaxBWS_per_GB. If either of these are provided with the equivalentmaxvalue, themaxvalue will take precedence. - Everpure: Added support for retyping a simple or async-replicated volume into a sync or trisync-replicated volume. Additionally, the
cinder managecommand may now be used to bring existing sync replicated volumes under cinder control, when previously these sort of volumes could not be managed. - [Everpure]: Added FlashArray volumes tags for future use with Everpure Data Intelligence tooling.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where hypervisor hostnames on replicated backends for synchronously replicated volumes were not the same.
- Fixed issue with EG1 subscription-based FlashArrays not reporting data reduction rates.
- Fixed issue where volumes created as clones from a source image volume did not get the defined QoS settings associated with the volume type used.
- Fixed issue where snapshot replication interval in cinder.conf is set in seconds, but the backend expects it in milliseconds. Added fix to handle the conversion.
- Fixed issue where LACP bonds were not been correctly identified as iSCSI and NVMe targets.
- Fixed volume deletion issue when attempting to manage a new volume that exceeds the tenants storage quota.
- Fixed issue with FlashArray secure tenant volumes and snapshots as these are not eligible to be managed.
- Fixed
AttributeErrorwhen trying to connect a volume to a host when the volume is already connected to the host. - Resolved issue where LACP bonds are being defined as part of a VLAN, resulting in target ports not being correctly identified.
