At Everpure, we are committed to maintaining a certification program that is fair, accurate, and trusted. As our certification offerings grow, so does the need to protect the integrity of our ecosystem and every learner’s experience.

While we understand that some learners may choose to create or consult their own study materials, it is important to know that PEAK does not review, validate, or endorse any unofficial or independently developed guides or resources. Use of such materials is strongly discouraged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disseminating or reproducing actual exam content in any form

  • Sharing information from memory (“brain dumps”)

  • Using or seeking unauthorized prep materials or derivative works of exam content

  • Creating wikis or shared documents based on recalled test items

Engaging in these practices may violate the IT Professional Certification Exam Conduct & Security Policy and can result in disciplinary actions, including revocation of certification. Such violations may also force unplanned exam revisions, consuming valuable SME resources and incurring significant business costs.

When actual exam questions are disclosed, entire versions may need to be pulled from circulation. Each compromised exam can cost thousands of dollars to replace and may require dozens of hours from subject matter experts—diverting them from their daily responsibilities and delaying delivery of other critical programs.

Let’s all uphold the value of certification by keeping our prep efforts smart, current, and compliant.

How PEAK Ensures Certification Quality

We take a structured, transparent, and proactive approach to ensuring certification excellence. Our processes are designed to maintain credibility while helping learners prepare effectively and confidently.

  • Annual Certification Maintenance Roadmaps

Each certification follows a planned annual cycle aligned with product evolution and evolving job roles. These roadmaps guide timely updates to exams and supporting resources.

  • Proactive Exam Updates

Our team continuously evaluates product release timelines, performance analytics, and security feedback to identify and execute exam revisions before issues arise.

  • Aligned and Updated Study Resources

All official PEAK Study Guides are created by subject matter experts (SMEs) in collaboration with Certification Leads. Resources are reviewed regularly and kept in sync with current exam blueprints and product updates.

  • Multiple Learning Modalities

Learners can choose the format that works best for them—on-demand, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led courses. Each option is designed to align with exam content.

  • Validated, Secure Learning Tools Only

PEAK only publishes and endorses study tools that are policy-compliant and security-reviewed. This protects both candidate success and the overall program’s integrity.

By maintaining these standards, we provide a reliable, high-quality experience that supports learning while protecting certification value across the business.

Tips: How to Study Effectively—The Right Way

We appreciate that learners want to support each other and build knowledge together. The intent is good! Here are a few smart, compliant ways to do it:

  • Form peer study groups using official PEAK guides

Review materials together, quiz each other on concepts, and collaborate—just avoid referencing actual exam content.

  • Use whiteboarding and brainstorming to deepen understanding

Talking through core concepts is a great way to reinforce learning.

  • Complete a certification prep course

On-demand and instructor-led options are available through Pure Academy.

  • Submit feedback or questions to the PEAK team

If a study topic feels unclear, let us know. Your input improves future resources.

  • Join a PEAK exam development working group

Help shape the future of our program by participating as a SME. Submit your interest.

What’s Allowed and What’s Not

Note for Managers: Please help your teams stay compliant by directing them to official PEAK materials and discouraging the use of unofficial or crowdsourced study guides. Circulate this article as needed, and consider hosting “brown bags” that reinforce smart and compliant study habits.
