IT Professional Certifications can be purchased directly through the Exam Shopfront by Pure customers and partners. Voucher eligibility varies by audience and is outlined below.
Voucher Eligibility (Initial Certification)

Pure Employees, AS Residents, and Subcontractors: Eligible for free exam vouchers.

UltraPark and CDPs: Eligible for up to three (3) vouchers per exam.

Partners: Eligible for up to two (2) free vouchers per exam.

CX Reserve Customers: Eligible for up to two (2) free vouchers per exam. Please reach out to your account manager to inquire about voucher availability.
Voucher Eligibility (Recertification)
Recertification voucher eligibility begins six (6) months before certification expiration, which occurs every three (3) years.

Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the individual to whom they are issued.

Vouchers are exam-specific and cannot be exchanged for other certifications.

Expired vouchers cannot be extended or reissued.
