Before connecting a Storage Pool to an Azure VMware Solution resource, ensure that the logged-in user has either the Owner or Role-Based Access Control Administrator role on both the AVS and Storage Pool resources and Contributor role over the Azure subscription.
Additionally, the user must have permission to deploy resources into the resource group where the AVS resource resides.

Go to the Storage Pool resource overview page and click on Connect Azure VMware Solution button.

Select the AVS SDDC resource and click on Connect. Wait until the deployment is completed (this operation can take up to 30 minutes.).

To confirm the connection is complete, navigate to the Storage Pool resource and check the Associated AVS resource property. If your SDDC resource is listed, the connection was successful.
- Continue with logging into AVS resource and creating a datastore.
