Access the replicated Virtual machine via RDP/SSH or configure Azure Bastion.
Install iSCSi and Multipath required packages on the host and perform iSCSi login and MPIO configuration.
Perform iSCSi rescan to find attached volumes.
Mount the volume(s) and bring up the application.
