This article explains support ownership for environments that use Azure VMware Solution (AVS) with Everpure Cloud Dedicated. Its purpose is to help customers understand which activities and issues are handled by Microsoft, which are handled by Everpure, and which remain the customer's responsibility across the overall solution.

In summary, Microsoft is generally responsible for the AVS platform, Everpure is responsible for the Everpure Cloud Dedicated storage service, and the customer remains responsible for the configuration and operation of their own workloads, guest operating systems, and applications.
